The Road Most Traveled
Revealing the extraordinary in our day-to-day ordinary.
Since the day I began my 365 photography project, back in 2011, I have a camera with me, at all times. This body of work began to form as a direct result of the lessons I learned during that artistic during that journey. Many of which include the ability to look for and find photographic opportunities that will reveal themselves to me each and every day. I had a desire to begin photographing the extraordinary in our day-to-day ordinary by capturing an image a day but not in an ordinary manner. I committed to stepping out of the box, as they say, by capturing my imagery with newly learned techniques and styles. I found myself excited by challenging processing procedures that seems to bring to life the vision I had for each image captured. This exhibit that you see today has now been four years in the making. It is my distinct pleasure to share this collection with all at the Robert Lincoln Levy Gallery and the lovely city of Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
